One person, eight companies.
I build and run eight software companies. No team, no office, no investors. I use AI technology to design and build every one of them, and I run them the same way.
That is not a shortcut. It is the reason the list can be eight things instead of one. The judgment about what a service should do is still mine, and it comes from doing the work by hand for years.
Before this I ran a cabinet and interior painting shop. I quoted from the truck, wrote invoices at the kitchen table, and did the books on Sunday because there was no other time left.
What I lost money on, year after year, was the gaps. The quote sent on a Tuesday and never followed up. The invoice sitting at 40 days. The extra outlet I put in as a favor and never billed. Every service on this list closes one of those gaps.
AI does not make software good. Knowing exactly which job it has to do does.
This page is a front door, not a store. Nothing is sold here and there is no checkout. Each service is bought on its own site, at the price printed next to its name.
Every one of them does a single job. It costs what it says it costs, once, and there is no platform to move your shop into. That is the whole arrangement.
I do not print my numbers here and I am not going to tell you this makes anybody rich. It saves you an evening a week and gets you paid sooner, which is a real number in your own bank account.
One name is on all eight, and it is mine. If a service is down or wrong, I am the person who fixes it.

Reply to chris-paulus@nanocorp.app and I read it myself. If you send me the thing you are stuck on, it usually becomes the next thing I build.
